Custom art packs

Humation can render any pack that follows the manifest format, not only the bundled one. This is an advanced feature. Most apps use the default pack and can skip this page.

Use another pack

HumationAvatar takes an optional manifest. Pass your own pack to draw your own art:

HumationAvatar(seed: user.id, manifest: myPack);

Load a pack

A pack is a manifest: its parts, their layers, and the SVG for each. Build one from JSON:

Validate a pack

The renderer draws a subset of SVG. Validate authored artwork so you catch two common mistakes early: unresolved slot references and unsupported path commands (arcs, quadratics):

An empty result is not a full SVG parse, so still test render your parts.
